Wade graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2008. As a new attorney, he began working on contracts to help clients defer capital gains taxes through 1031 Exchanges. In 2011, he founded Ozark Title & Escrow and continued to provide strategic exchange services as an escrow agent.
Wade sold Ozark Title & Escrow in 2015, having incurred no claims, in order to concentrate on other business ventures, including 1031 QualEx, LLC and Just Like Home Early Learning Center. Wade has remained in good standing with the Bar of Arkansas and still practices in the areas of title and real estate.
